AT WHAT TIME CAN WE CHECK-IN?

Townhomes are available for check-in from 4pm. Should you arrive prior to this time and your accommodation is ready we will check you in early. If you are planning to arrive prior to noon and would like immediate access to your townhome we recommend reserving the night prior.

AT WHAT TIME DO WE NEED TO CHECK-OUT?

Check-out time is at 10am on your day of departure. We do ask that you vacate the townhome by 10am so it can be cleaned for the next guest. If you need to stay in the townhome later we recommend reserving an extra night.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ID ON CHECK-IN?

Upon arrival at the resort, you must provide a valid form of photo identification. Valid forms include driver license, passport, government issued photo ID or active military ID.

CAN I SHIP PACKAGES TO THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL?

Packages may be shipped to the Resort up to five days before your arrival. Please ensure that every package is correctly labelled with the name included on your reservation and your date of arrival. We will accept up to 5 packages per reservation however we are unable to accept large boxes. Any package that is not retrieved within 7 days will be returned to sender.

IS WIFI AVAILABLE?

Your townhome is equipped with 500Mbps Internet and has WiFi and wired connections. WiFi is also available at the clubhouse and around the pool area.

IS THERE FREE PARKING?

We do not charge for parking at the resort. Please note the Homeowner’s Association does not permit trailers or campers to be parked on property.

IS THERE A HEATED SWIMMING POOL?

Our pool is kept above 85 degrees year-round and is heated during the cooler months to keep it warm.

IS THERE A HEIGHT REQUIREMENT FOR THE WATER SLIDES?

Riders must be 48” or taller in bare feet to ride on the water slides.

CAN I BRING A COOLER TO THE POOL AREA?

We do not permit coolers, insulated cups, or any outside food or beverage to be consumed on the pool deck or in the clubhouse. Also, no food deliveries are permitted to the pool deck or clubhouse.

IS THERE AN ONSITE SUPERMARKET?

Yes, Sam’s Pantry is located in the Clubhouse adjacent the front desk. Sam’s Pantry offers a limited selection of grocery items, toiletries, Starbuck’s coffee, frozen drinks, and ice cream.

IS THERE A FITNESS CENTER?

The fitness center is located in the clubhouse and offers a range of equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights.

CAN WE BOOK EXCURSIONS/TICKETS ONSITE?

The Concierge Desk sells Tickets to the theme parks and other local attractions in the Regal Oaks Clubhouse. You can arrange tickets in advance at https://parkguesttickets.com and they will have them waiting for you at their desk.

DO ALL TOWNHOMES HAVE KITCHENS?

Yes, all townhomes include a full kitchen featuring a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans and utensils.

ARE THERE PACK ‘N PLAYS AND HIGHCHAIRS AVAILABLE?

Yes, Pack ‘n Plays or highchairs for infants aged up to 2 years are available upon request and are provided free of charge.

IS HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED?

As we are a self-catering resort complimentary housekeeping services are not included. However we offer the convenience of on-demand cleaning services for a nominal fee. Unwind at your own pace and customize your stay with the option to indulge in housekeeping services whenever you desire.

Full Clean Service
Includes: sheet change, full cleaning, towel refresh, trash removal and replacement of toiletry products, full dish wash, full vacuum, and full clean of all surfaces.
Cost per service:
Two Bedroom Townhome $119 + tax
Three Bedroom Townhome $129 + tax
Four Bedroom Townhome $149 + tax

Light Touch Service
Includes: towel exchange, trash removal, light dusting and vacuum of uncluttered surfaces. This cleaning does not include sheet change or toiletry replacement.
Cost per service:
Two Bedroom Townhome $85 + tax
Three Bedroom Townhome $95 + tax
Four Bedroom Townhome $105 + tax

Towels and Trash Removal
Includes: Towel refresh and trash removal.
Cost per service:
$20.00 + tax

Housekeeping services must be scheduled with the front desk at least one day in advance and will be charged to your room.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS?

We are pet friendly with some exceptions, as detailed below. There a pet fee of $200+ tax, payable at the clubhouse at arrival and you will also need to complete a short form.

There is a maximum of 2 dogs per townhouse – we do not allow cats, birds, or any other animal.

We do not allow puppies under 1 year of age - you also must keep your pet crated while you are not in the unit. Pets are not permitted in common areas around the resort like on the pool deck.

All pets MUST be on a flea preventative.

Regal Oaks permits service animals in the townhomes and all guest areas of the resorts for no additional fee. Please note the ADA does not consider emotional support animals to be service animals.*

A service animal is a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks to assist an individual with a disability. Dogs, miniature horses, or other animals that provide only emotional support, comfort, or companionship are not considered service animals.* Emotional Support animals will be charged the pet fee.

A service animal must be under the control of its handler. A service animal must have a harness, leash, or other tether, unless the handler is either unable to use the same because of a disability, or the use of the same would interfere with the service animal’s safe and effective performance of work or tasks. In such case, the service animal must otherwise be under the handler’s control, such as through voice commands, signals, or other effective means.*

We do ask that service animals that are out of control, pose a threat to health or safety, or are not housebroken be removed from the premises. Damage caused by such instances will be assessed a damage fee.
