What time is Check in & Check out?

Check in begins at 4:00pm and Check out is at 10:00am

Do we need to bring our own towels and Linen?

Your linen and towels will be provided for you in your townhouse. Pool towels also for the Jacuzzi.

Is there an onsite supermarket?

There is a small market in the clubhouse.

Is WiFi Available?

Yes, in the townhouse and clubhouse.

Is Housekeeping Included?

No extra cleaning will be provided. However, we work on a self-catering model, extra cleaning can be arranged for a fee at our front desk.

Which Airport is closest to the Resort?

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 22 miles and Orlando Sanford International (SFB) is 51 miles

Is there air conditioning?

All town homes have air conditioning

Do all town homes have kitchens?

Yes, all townhouses include a full kitchen that feature a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans and utensils.

Can we book excursions and/or tickets?

Our concierges’ desk will be happy to arrange your excursions, reservations or tickets. They are located in our clubhouse.

Is there a fitness center?

Yes, located in our clubhouse.

Are the Children’s activities free with Team Marina?

Team Marina activities are free or a small fee. Please see schedule at the Resort.

Is there a heated swimming pool?

Yes, our pools are heated at the resorts.

How far is the beach?

The closest beach is Cocoa Beach, 65 miles east and Clearwater Beach is 75 miles west.

How far away is the nearest town?

Regal Oaks Resort is located just 2 miles from Downtown Celebration, 8 miles from Downtown Kissimmee, 21 miles from the center of town in Orlando.

Are there Pack ‘n Plays and Highchairs available for infants?

Yes a Pack ‘n Play or highchairs for babies up to 2 years, can be REQUESTED ad is provided free of charge.

Do town homes have an iron?

Yes, both iron and ironing board are provided in every town home.

Can I ship packages to the property before arriving?

Packages maybe ship to property. Please ensure that every package is correctly labelled with your name and date of arrival that is on your reservation. Any package that is not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to sender.

Is there a height requirement on the water slide at Regal Oaks?

Yes, height requirements are set by the county. All riders must be 48 inches or taller.

Can I bring a cooler to the pool area?

No. However, we do have a pool bar

I am celebrating a birthday or anniversary during my stay. Is there anything special you offer on such occasions?

Can I smoke while I am staying at Regal Oaks?

Our town homes are all non-smoking. If a guest would like to smoke, they may use their private outdoor patio with the slide door closed.

What Do I need to provide identification for when I arrive at check in?

Upon arrival at the resort, you must provide a valid form of photo identification. Valid forms include driver license, passport, government issued photo ID or active military ID.

What does the resort fee include?

  • Starter kit: 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher tablet, 2 packs of coffee, trash bags for all cans, shampoo and conditioner. Once used, they are not re supplies. We are a self-catering resort.
